Clicks Group is looking for a dynamic Shop Assistant / Cashier to join our team in Umhlanga and surrounding areas. The role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, handling point-of-sale operations, and supporting merchandising efforts to create a positive in-store shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash and payment transactions securely.
- Promote and sign up customers for the Clicks ClubCard to meet participation goals.
- Highlight in-store promotions to drive sales and enhance customer savings.
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing professional and friendly customer service.
- Assist with merchandising, shelf displays, and general store housekeeping.
- Stay informed on product offerings, promotions, and in-store events to assist customers effectively.
- Uphold Clicks Group’s vision to be the customer’s first choice in health and beauty retail.
